Our focus this month is the launch off the new range of yummy mummy changing bags and also preparations for our venture into the world of Groupon.

The new venue is coming on nicely, building work has begun!

Raspberry Leaf Capsules

Raspberry leaf capsules can be taken from 30weeks onwards. They do not induce labour but help to strengthen the uterus. They may increase the amount of Braxton Hicks you experience, this is all working to tone the uterus muscles and make sure that your contractions are more effective during labour.

Vital Touch Natalia Perineal Massage Oil

Perineal massage oil can be used from 35weeks onwards. The Vital Touch oil contains Apricot kernel and Avocado oil which helps to nourish and soften the perineum before birth, to hopefully reduce the likelihood of needing stitches after birth.

Vital Touch Natalia Labour Massage Oil

Natalia's massage oil for labour is a relaxing blend of Clary Sage, Jasmine and Bergamot essential oils to help support, relax and ease pain in the early stages of labour.
